Services are subject to availability and scheduling based on weather conditions and operational capacity.

Product Description: We offer SMS text messaging to communicate with our customers regarding service appointments, scheduling updates, account notifications, and customer care.

Message Types

We will send you messages relating to account notifications, service notifications, appointment reminders, scheduling changes, and customer care.

How to Opt Out

You can cancel the SMS service at any time by texting “STOP” to any message from us. After you send the SMS message “STOP” to us, we will send you an SMS message to confirm that you have been unsubscribed. After this, you will no longer receive SMS messages from us. If you want to join again, text our number the word “START”.

Carrier Liability

Carriers are not liable for delayed or undelivered messages.

Message frequency varies based on your service appointments and account activity. As always, message and data rates may apply for any messages sent to you from us and to us from you. If you have any questions about your text plan or data plan, it is best to contact your wireless provider.

3. Service Agreement Terms

• All services are performed by licensed and trained technicians in accordance with state and federal regulations

• Service appointments are scheduled based on availability and weather conditions

• Payment is due upon completion of services unless other arrangements have been made

• You agree to provide accurate contact information for service delivery and notifications

• You must notify us of any pets, sensitivities, or special conditions on your property prior to service

5. Limitation of Liability
