Peawer Enterprises LLC d/b/a Pest Solutions provides professional pest control, chemical application, integrated pest management, lawn care, and turf management services for residential, commercial, and governmental properties. Services are subject to availability and scheduling based on weather conditions and operational capacity.

This SMS program is registered under both the legal name Peawer Enterprises LLC and the assumed name Pest Solutions. These are the same company; Pest Solutions is the d/b/a of Peawer Enterprises LLC.
Program Description
Peawer Enterprises LLC d/b/a Pest Solutions offers a recurring SMS text messaging program to communicate with our customers regarding service appointments, scheduling updates, account notifications, and customer care. Messages are sent through FieldRoutes, our CRM and messaging platform.
Message Types
We will send you messages relating to account notifications, service notifications, appointment reminders, scheduling changes, and customer care.
Consent
By providing your mobile number to Peawer Enterprises LLC d/b/a Pest Solutions and opting in, you agree to receive recurring automated SMS messages at that number. Consent is not a condition of purchase. You must be at least 18 years old and the account holder or authorized user of the mobile number provided.
Message Frequency
This is a recurring message program. Message frequency varies based on your service appointments and account activity. You may receive up to 3 messages per appointment.
Message and Data Rates
Message and data rates may apply for any messages sent to you from us and to us from you. If you have any questions about your text plan or data plan, it is best to contact your wireless provider.
How to Opt Out — STOP
You can cancel the SMS service at any time by texting "STOP" to any message from us. After you send the SMS message "STOP" to us, we will send you an SMS message to confirm that you have been unsubscribed. After this, you will no longer receive SMS messages from us. If you want to join again, text our number the word "START".

4. Service Agreement Terms

Payment is due upon completion of services unless other arrangements have been made
